In this 3-month program you will: 

  • Be guided through a live and online, 15-minute reset break each Monday, at 12:00 pm MTZ  
  • Leverage the power of interconnectivity when you sync up, “plugin”, and attend the live RESETS
  • Have access to all the replays when you cannot make the live sessions
  • Gain new skills for managing stress, regulating emotions & practicing self-care
  • Learn and integrate these skills through short, consumable chunks of time, rather than cramming it all in one sitting and feeling overwhelmed
  • Get membership access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, share wins, and nourish that part of you that could use support, community, and inspiration

How does this program support the nursing community?

Nurses stand at the front lines of the global fight against Covid-19.  They are being met with impossible demands that challenge their own well-being with little to no support systems behind them.  Many are left to manage the serious toll this is taking on their own.

I’m on a mission to support nurses by showing them innovative skills they can use to meet the challenges of today.

Nurses are part of our communities.  They are parents, family members, friends, & loved ones.  Nurses need help processing grief and to be looked after in times of hardship just as much as the rest of us.

Those who participate in these RESET breaks will use these skills at home, in the workplace, and beyond.  They will encourage the use of these effective tools with coworkers, and share in their successes. 

Building a set of stress management & self-regulation skills goes a long way to enhancing all the flavors of life.  It can empower nurses on the edge of burnout to continue doing the work their heart compels them to do.  This program sets a precedence for cultivating a more supportive atmosphere for our communities’ heroes.

Can I participate in the 15-MINUTE RESET while working or driving a car?

No.

Please do not engage with the live or replay REST BREAKS when you need to maintain concentration, such as when driving or operating heavy machinery.

To participate in this program you will want to assure that you can commit to 15 uninterrupted minutes to rest, relax and experientially learn these healing stress-management, self-regulating and self-care tools. 

If you know that you cannot be distraction free at the time of the live session, you can catch the replay when you’ve got time to nourish your self with a relaxing rest break.

So, find a cozy nook in your workplace lounge, in the comfort of your own home or any distraction-free zone where you can dedicate 15-minutes to yourself for A REAL BREAK!

I’m Amy Ross

I’ll be your guide during the 15-MINUTE RESETS.  

I am a Certified Hypnotist who helps people quit unwanted habits, like smoking, vaping, and overeating.  I work with people who wish to liberate themselves from emotionally triggered responses to life’s stimuli and process those emotions they’ve been taught by society not to feel so they can move forward in life, towards joy and peace.  

I grew up in a family of Nurses and have experienced the 2nd-hand effects of my parent’s unmanaged workplace stress.  Stress management trainings & supports were not provided as essential benefits amid my parent’s workplace.  I believe they should be! This is why I’m stepping forward, aiming to support & equip nurses with tools they can use to evade overwhelm & burnout.  

I live in Colorado with my husband and dog.  When I’m not working, I enjoy getting out in the great outdoors for hiking, biking, and stargazing.  I love to travel, watch travel TV shows, and write good old-fashioned letters to friends and loved ones.    

I believe it's essential for people working in healthcare to feel supported in doing what they need to do to care for themselves and be well equipped with quality stress management tools.
